We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and a big shoutout to PANG for their outstanding service! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely cooperative, making us feel right at home. The rooms were very, very clean — spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained throughout our stay. Room service was prompt, polite, and top-notch, adding to the overall comfort and convenience. Every request we had was handled with a smile, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. It’s rare to come across such dedication to guest satisfaction. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a smooth, relaxing, and well-cared-for stay!

From the moment I arrived at Barracuda Hotel, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality — and that was all thanks to Pang, who was truly an exceptional host. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and warm personality made my stay unforgettable. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, well-informed, and enjoying every part of my experience. The hotel itself is stylish, clean, and perfectly located. The rooms are modern and spacious, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights — the perfect place to unwind after a day out. What truly sets Barracuda apart is the people, and Pang is the heart of it all. She made me feel like more than just a guest — more like a friend visiting from out of town. Her energy, care, and dedication made all the difference. Staff are amazing! So so nice each time I walk in or walk out of the hotel. Always smiling and always helpful! The room is lovely and clean, just how it looked in the photos and the pool is so nice too, just too hot out to stay down there too long 😅. I am upset to leave tomorrow
