Hotel Barczyzna Medical Spa

Was a great stay overall, lot of fun activities to do. Best for a family refreshment.

Nothing to do around the village, hear forest walks at most, but it's great for weekend rest. Pool, saunas, jacuzzi included in the price of accommodation. Great breakfast. Other dishes to, but pretty pricey. Really bad internet, we had huge problems with video streaming.

The Hotel is ok, but nothing more. The location on the one hand is quite nice on the countryside and close to a forest. On the other hand there is nothing close by and you have to eat in the restaurant or take the car to go somewhere else. Food in the restaurant was ok and the prices decent. Rooms are ok but nothing special. Beds were medicore, there are too little hooks in the bathroom for towels etc., but it was quiete clean. Water bottles (glas) were brought every day to the room, a very nice and welcome service. But it's the missing of the nice details, why I can only give 3 stars: why there is no wastebin in the room? Why there was only bathrobe ready in a double room? Why weren't the bulbs checked after the last guests and 2 were broken? Also the spa area wasn't what I expected it to be. It's ok but I expect a Spa to be a relaxing experience. But it's hard to relax while children run around and scream and jump into the whirlpool. Staff should have said something. I mean it's a spa and not a playground. Or they should make special times were everybody can be as loud as they want to be. The spa itself was ok, but also missing some little details and a relax zone. Staff generally was quiete nice and helpful. The hotel is ok, but it's not a spa in the way I know it, and regarding the price of a night I can't give more than 3 stars.
