Nice new hotel very close to everything. Rooms are clean and modern and quiet. And was a fantastic host, very helpful and kind.

We only stayed there for one night, but it had everything we needed. The room was small but clean, the people friendly. It is right in the middle of the small town of Prizren, which is very convenient.

Nice hotel where we had a bad experience, read on. Room was super clean and very affordable, and the host we briefly met at check-in seemed nice. Good walkable central location. Balcony cute with view of church. Hotel says “entire hotel no smoking allowed”, however, they provide ashtrays on balcony and the person on next balcony is likely going to smoke (our neighbor did), and it’s basically a shared balcony (fyi in Kosovo you cannot escape getting the very nice people’s 2nd hand smoke). I like to be able to use toilet paper, and having always been spoiled by other hotels in 104 countries that gave adequate supply of toilet paper for travelers (who by the way sometimes experience traveler type bathroom issues), it’s irresponsible that this hotel only provided two adults about a meter of cheap toilet paper for an 18 hour stay! Worse still, no employees are on the property from about 10:00 PM to 9:30 AM or later even though checkout time is 10:00 AM! So no way to get toilet paper other than to walk uncomfortably to a store! So sorry, but a horrible experience for me here. Silly me, I did not bring my own toilet paper as I did not anticipate they wouldn’t supply a reasonable amount like other hotels do in Kosovo and beyond. They don’t use WhatsApp or any free way to be reached after hours, I avoid placing a costly international call to possibly reach the vacant front desk, you are simply stuck here with a host who cannot be bothered to be on premises at 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM etc. This hotel should at least warn people, “hey we will disappear and you will not have adequate toilet paper so be sure to prepare for that.” In summary, it can be a nice hotel but be prepared for no help at night and throughout the morning, and bring your own toilet paper. Footnote: I had posted this review a few months ago and for some reason it does not appear any more, so I’m going to re-post here today.
