Spent 5 days in Cartagena in the Barlovento hotel & it was one of the best choices we made. The staff was super friendly & courteous with us at all times. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Drinks were available and very affordable. The room was clean & serviced every day. We really can't say anything bad about this hotel, we loved it. If we ever go back to Cartagena the Barlovento hotel will be our hotel.
Excellent location in walking distance to everything in Bocagrande. Good staff and well maintained property. Room was smaller than average and the bathroom was too small. Free basic buffet style breakfast with comfortable dining area. Good free wifi. Very convenient 24-hr supermarket steps away. Many restaurants, money changing booths, souvenir shops, etc. within 3 blocks. Uber is available and quick but the local ride share app offers much cheaper rides.
Vacation | Couple Great location very convenient for shopping and restaurants and cafes. Tourist attractions Beach 🏖️ walking distance, really like the stay at the hotel Friendly staff and clean environment. Giving a 4 because the bed was really hard and uncomfortable!! Other than that I highly recommend it!! We loved it!!
