I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hotel Barocco! It was our first time in Rome and this hotel helped make it the best experience! The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. It is in walking distance to all the Rome sightseeing locations, and has tons of shopping nearby. The staff also really made this a phenomenal experience! They were extremely pleasant and were genuinely happy to help. I highly recommend staying here for any visits to Rome!
Great hotel, with very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Real close to public transportation. Our room was facing the street, so I was concerned about noise, but the double windows blocked it out. The only issue I had was the drapes are not black-out and I need a dark room to sleep. Otherwise, it was perfect.
I wrote earlier a bad review, I was GLAD that the hotel team talked with me, solved the problem imminently, I would like to thank the reception staff for their kindness and keen to discuss my opinion. It might not be the best hotel, but for sure they got the best team to follow up and solve your problems. The location is certainly amazing, and they got a very good coffee at the breakfast room. I used the laundry service and it works on the weekend, which is amazing for me ☺️ Thank you again to the reception staff.
