Horrible Experience at This Hotel** I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. Our stay was an absolute nightmare from the moment we arrived. First, the **food** was terrible—bland, cold, and hardly edible. It felt like they didn’t care at all about what they were serving. We ended up eating out whenever we could, which was frustrating since the hotel was **far from the beach** and there was absolutely **nothing around**. We had to drive a good distance just to find a decent restaurant or any form of entertainment. The **rooms were awful**—small, poorly maintained, and worst of all, they had a horrible **musty smell** that never went away. It was clear that the hotel didn’t prioritize cleanliness. Our kids even got sick during the stay, and we couldn’t help but think it was due to the poor hygiene standards. To top it off, the lady whit glasses manager was extremely rude and arrogant**. When we politely brought up our concerns, she brushed us off like we were inconveniencing him. No apologies, no solutions—just plain disrespect. This was easily the worst hotel experience we've ever had. Avoid at all costs!
I would rate even lower than one star for this resort with multiple reasons - While my daughter was taking bath, water ran away from tap. Even after multiple request it did not fixed. We went outside without taking bath -There were plenty of Ants in the room on next day of our stay - with such huge resort, there is no house keeping service. There is no intercom. - We went for breakfast at 8:30 and we found that most of the breakfast items were finished. The breakfast room was so messy with almost all tables with soiled plates and uncleaned areas - there was no beach/pool towel - swimming pool was having dead bees and insects (that too when we were first to go in to pool in the morning)
Worst accomodation I had ever! The renovated rooms are OK although as mentioned by other reviews, it had ants walking all over the place, very crowded at the pool and with only 17 beach umbrellas for all its guests. A quite pool a few meters away but at extra charge of 35 euro a day per person which is absolutely ridiculous. Terrible food and coffee. If you only booked B&B, there is no way to buy yourself a sandwich at lunchtime, you'll have to book a lunch for 40 euro per person. Only limited wifi at the reception area. Always forced to park your car at the parking lot and at arrival and departure, walk for 2 km with all your luggage. The park pretents it has 4 stars but from me, they get none. In fact, it is an all inclusive with optional B&B. You'll have to wear a bracelett at all times and if not, the park police or staff will address you to do so. Last but not least, the staff only speeks Italian and is absolutely not customer friendly. They are not there to give value for your money but to steal it from you. I wonder how long they will stay in business this way. We booked and paid for 6 days but left halfway.
