I stayed here on May last year for 3 nights and it was great. Very clean, spacious and comfortable room with pool view. The food was delicious, a lot of cakes and desserts which I liked the most! Great location too, very close to the beach. All recommendations from me!

Amazing hotel, the room service was incredible. The restaurant food was delicious. The staff were very nice people to have. Me and my friends liked it here very much, it honestly deserves all the love it can. I would recommend you to stay at the hotel try it's food and the pool!

This hotel is completely overpriced and seriously misrepresented. We paid around 13,000 TL for one night one bedroom apartment at this hotel via a booking app, and due to circumstances later had to book a second room for one more day and pay another outrageous amount — for service and conditions far below acceptable. The rooms were dirty, with stained walls, filthy carpets, and windows covered in bird droppings. The bathrooms in both rooms had no shower barrier, so water flooded the entire floor. The air conditioning barely worked in either room, despite outdoor temperatures of 35°C. Common areas were hot, unclean, and poorly maintained and full of sand all over. The food was mostly poor, the buffet overcrowded, and overall hygiene across the hotel was unacceptable. Staff were often rude and unhelpful, and price negotiations at the front desk felt completely unprofessional and not regulated it seems. This is not a 4-star hotel — it barely qualifies as 2 stars. Also, it was very loud in the hallway and the walls were very thin. There was no parking for for our car, street parking was not available and we were told by some people on the street that we could park somewhere further away from the hotel in the parking lot where we had to pay extra 20 Bulgarian levas. The only positive is the location, with the beach in walking distance, but that wasn’t the main purpose of us being there. What’s even more upsetting is that many guests from countries like Ukraine and the Balkans book this hotel as part of a package tour, and unfortunately the price they pay does not reflect the true (low) standard of the hotel. The Ministry of Tourism should conduct stricter checks on hotels like this, especially in areas where many other hotels maintain better standards and are far more honest about what they offer. Not recommended at all.
