Hotel Baygulls

I stayed at the Hotel Bay Gulls in Japan for two nights. The rooms were quite nice and comfortable, with a good view of the surroundings. The hotel's proximity to the Rinku Premium malls and outlets is a big plus, making shopping convenient. The hotel offers some useful amenities, including vending machines and laundry facilities, which I found to be quite handy during my stay. They also provide currency exchange services, making it easy for travelers. The hotel has a bar, which is a nice place to unwind, and on the 14th floor, there's a sky restaurant with a stunning view of the city. The food there is decent, but there might not be an extensive menu to choose from. One thing to note is that knowing some Japanese can be an advantage because there aren't many English-speaking people in the area. Overall, Hotel Bay Gulls is a solid choice for a stay, and I had a pleasant experience with a 4 out of 5 rating.

Apart from the very lovely lady at check in, everything was downhill. We had a cancelled flight and paid upfront for 2 nights so that we could stay in the room for the day. The carpets are stained, no aircon in the halls so it is steamy hot, tiny tiny room. The breakfast ticket stated 7-10, we got there at 9:40 am and were told that we were too late, everything was put away. Then upon checkout, a whole day early they tried to charge us a 7000 yen early cancellation fee. 10 minutes of arguing as to why we should have to pay a 7000 yen cancellation fee when we are checking out a night early is ridiculous. Terrible!!!

Both elevators and passages are hot and humid, and the air is too bad.
