Hotel Beau Rivage

This was my first visit to Hotel Nice Beau Rivage, booked as part of an Easyjet holidays deal. It's a wonderful hotel to stay with lovely spacious rooms, areas to relax like the patio and excellent location for all our needs like the sea, the Old Town, Promenade de Anglais, transport and closeness to the Venues of the Nice Jazz Festival. The staff were excellent and friendly in their welcome and service. However, it would have been good to have had more information at check-in, such as their partnership with Mattisse Museum where guests could have free entrance. But we were delighted with copies of Mattisse work around the hotel and in our rooms. I've been visiting Nice for over thirty years and have stayed in many hotels. I loved staying at the Beau Rivage Hotel so much, I would like to adopt it as my preferred hotel to stay in Nice which I visit every year except during the pandemic. I recommend this hotel highly, although it would be good to have some of their facilities, like breakfast and beach area as complimentary or at a lower price to guests. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel and cannot wait to stay there again.

Beautiful!! The hotel is located super well very close to bars restaurants shops. My fiancé and I got engaged before checking in and this is like a mini honeymoon very romantic hotel and city. There was a slight misunderstanding with the beach access and the Operations Manager Sonia was the most sweet attentive person to help us. She’s very professional helpful and we will 100% be returning to this hotel next time we are in Nice. Thank you Sonia & thank you Beau Rivage for a beautiful experience ❤️❤️

I spent 7 nights at this so-called 4-star hotel, and the experience was deeply disappointing. Every single morning, between 5 and 6 a.m., I was abruptly woken by the deafening noise of garbage trucks and the crashing of bottles being dumped into bins. For a hotel charging premium rates, the complete lack of soundproofing is unacceptable. We asked to change rooms, only to be told the hotel was fully booked — a poor excuse for failing to offer even the most basic comfort: a good night’s sleep. I have stayed in hotels all over the world, and never have I encountered such disregard for guest comfort. Waking up to the sound of waste collection in a Mediterranean vacation city like Nice is absolutely absurd. This hotel is nowhere near 4-star standard. In fact, it doesn’t even deserve 3. A complete letdown.
