We are never late down by this hotel each time we visit Brazil. The staff are great and the room are huge with great showers. The amenities in the bathroom smell so good. We really love this hotel and find the value for money to be amazing!!! Will be staying here again next year for our trip. The location is awesome, next to Avenida Paulista it just feels so much safer and convenient than other areas of the city.
The room is huge and clean, even for the bath room. Location is extremely convenient, near Paulista Ave. and other main huge shopping malls! The only star belongs to dark environment in the room, should have better lighting!
Unfortunately the hotel have some issues. I booked the best room available (which is the best room they have) and there was problems with their WiFi. It took one entire day to actually not solve the problem, they manage to transfer me to another room. This time there's no problem with the hotel but they didn't clean up my room all the day. A hotel that don't have this service and charge more than R$ 300 per day? That's a horrible experience and I will not came back.
