What a cute hidden Marriott gem in heart of downtown walking distance to everything. The hotel is so clean and smells great. The staff makes you feel like family they upgraded us to a large room with a full kitchen. We enjoyed the best dinner at their restaurant the Delaney. We will definitely return when we visit our son a college .
My husband and I spent a week in Charleston for a destination wedding. We had the Penthose, which was used by the bridal party for hair and makeup. The staff was very accommodating throughout the week. The location is excellent. Walkable to most areas of downtown. The room itself needs some TLC, but we enjoyed the patio, and the layout was great.
Number one I was under the impression this hotel was much closer to all of the places we wanted to visit and it was not it was at least a mile or more walk to get to where we want to go… While we were out, I requested that they make up the pullout sofa for my son. Upon arriving home, nothing had been done. I called downstairs and they’re like oh we will bring you up some sheets, but we don’t make up the beds… For $400 a night I expected at least they could make up the pullout sofa. This is not a hotel I would ever stay at again.
