Hotel Bellavista

The location is very good, the staff are friendly. Our room was 35 in a separate building, we had no heating in the room nor in the bathroom when the temperature outside was at the night -10C. The bed was so uncomfortable, it was to soft and I could feel all the springs on my back. The mattresses were smaller than the bad frame itself. The curtains had discussing brown marks. The breakfast was included in the price, but they are charting extra for scrambled eggs. It is max ** stars hotel. It is far away from **** I simply wouldn’t recommend it.

There were brown marks all over the curtains. The heating didn't work in the room, and the service guy came and tried to gaslight us that the heating was fine, which it wasn't. Eventually he brought an electric heater. It would have been much better if he had just said, "Sorry there's a problem with the heating, let me get you an electric heater". They were very good about exchanging the feather duvet and pillow for non allergenic ones. The breakfast was nothing special except they appear to have found the slowest, worst toaster in Europe. Finally, at checkout, they tried to make us pay again for the whole stay, despite already having paid on Booking.com.

One of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. We sat at our table at the terasse for over 30 minutes and were completely ignored the entire time. It was about 2pm in the 27th of july. Not a single person came to greet us, offer water, or even acknowledge that we were there. It was as if we were invisible. We watched other tables being served while we were left sitting with no explanation. In the end, we got up and left — hungry, disappointed, and honestly quite hurt by the lack of basic respect. No one even noticed or cared that we walked out. Absolutely unacceptable.
