Hotel Bellevue

I stayed at Hotel Bellevue in Skopje recently, and while the location is decent—about 12 minutes from the Stone Bridge and 10 km from the city center—the experience was let down by poor service. The hotel’s garden and lake pond create a nice vibe. However, the staff were unhelpful and slow to respond, which made the stay frustrating. The facilities also felt a bit dated. It’s an okay choice for a quick stop near the airport, but don’t expect great service

Shoddy electrics. No sockets to charge phone etc. Air conditioning/heating broken. No duvet. Plenty of lights. We are a family but given rooms on different floors. Carpets dirty in hidden places. Very poor quality hotel. Lift very slow Food terrible- such little options and absolutely freezing cold. Staff friendly but can’t speak English so it was difficult. Wi-Fi signal poor

Stay away The taxidriver from the airport was in disbelief we should stay at this hotel as it was a - his words - "A dump". Positive- it is close to the airport Negative - No heating in the hotel, covers are sheets not blankets, and in a 11 degree room this is nok OK. Toilets were running, Heating system just made noise but did not work. Mold on the walls in the room. Garbage on the balcony. Restaurant did not serve breakfast as we were the only 2 ppl in the hotel, even though we had paid for this. We moved hotel after 1 day
