Hotel Bellevue Suites and Spa

I went to the spa after my hike. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Had an amazing time here. It's so luxurious looking and they make you feel like a queen/king. Got slippers, towels and a robe. There is a huge sauna, ice, mediterranean sauna (which is 40-50 Celsius warm), steam bath, cold rain, kneipp shower, relaxing area with comfy chairs, tea and lemonade. It's so wonderful. After my relaxing time here, I got a massage which was the best I had in my whole life. I truly recommend this place. Really worth a visit. And I'd like to thank to the beautiful staff for putting in the energy and effort making us feel comfortable and unique. Have a great day.

I have chosen the region of Cortina to be my one week vacation spot. I must admit it was the best choice I ever made. There is a huge variety of hotels to choose to however Bellevue Suites and Spa was amazingly the most tempting one because of the architecture and the perfect spot if you want the best view of the Dolomites. I did not stay there to enjoy the comfort of the rooms but the selection of the food menu was admirably the best. They have a very culinary selection of Italian recipes and admirably presented. The entire dining staff from servers, chef and manager showed me so much courtesy with an excellent dedication to the clients' needs. I have been to many places but the professionalism I have encountered there was stunning and the food and presentation were diligently served with the best quality we know from 4 stars hotels. They have a very nice and luxurious spa managed by a professional staff who will indulge to your most concerns. Definitively looking to go back again!!!!!

We booked this hotel specifically because of the spa. Not many hotels have their spa still open because of COVID. However, this hotel possibly decided to cash on this opportunity. In their "spa" only sauna and showers work, the rest is closed due to COVID regulations. Which would be fine if they have informed their guests about it beforehand. We got to know about it literally in the spa! The hotel had multiple opportunities to inform about it - on their website, in the email confirmation of the reservation, during phone conversation, at the reception when we reserved the time in spa, even on a printout in the room there was nothing saying about the restrictions! Their "excuse" is - "it's the government regulation", but in my opinion as a 4* hotel you have to make sure your guests should have complete information about the services provided, or in this case - not provided! Sales & marketing manager, and (i think) general manager of the hotel were not helpful at all, constantly interrupting and repeating their mantra: "spa is free". We have paid 260 euro for a double room on ground floor. The breakfast was nice and staff is friendly, but the room itself was quite dated, and doesn't give you all the comforts you would expect. All in all - for the money they charge, there are plenty of better hotels you can find.
