Everything great, the main gripe is that you will miss the included afternoon snack on the fantastic terrace if you ski until the end of the day :-). If there would be one thing to do better it would be to have a shuttle service that gets you closer to the ski gondula than the local public transport. Also, the wooden dining room is so much nicer than the other too, which can trigger FOMO... Cudos to the chef btw!
Very nice hotel with excellent restaurants and spa. Staff were friendly and accommodative. Winter all inclusive deal was excellent with ski pass and spa included. However the public bus to the cable car was a pain in the morning and I would not go back for a ski holiday with small kids unless there’s a dedicated hotel shuttle. For adults it is fine to deal with the public bus.
I went to their restaurant twice. When they were unfriendly the first time, I thought it was bad luck. But now my sense is this is systematic. If you don't wear designer clothes or an expensive watch, they don't want you there. Beware.
