Hotel Belweder

We visited the hotel for 2 nights and I was very very satisfied. Top notch food, great wellness facilities including saunas, swimming pool and hot tubs. There are many beautiful nature walks nearby or a half-hour drive to the town of Ústroň. I have nothing to complain about.

Just came back from our summer family holiday. I think I have never been to such amazing hotel. Standard room was spacious and clean - king size bed with comfortable mattres, couch,tv, fast internet, balcony, bathroom with shower. I like hotel's staff. They were allways in a good mood and very kind to us. Dinners and food in general were delicious: allways wide range of dishes, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, deserts, breads, hams, cheeses, kids' dish, non-alcoholic beverages. Breakfasts were very opulent too. The only suggestion,which I have,is to have dishes names/descriptions during breakfasts and dinners not only in Polish. It would ne useful to have it in English too. I appreciated perfect wellness especially big swimming pool (divided on a part for swimmers And a part for non-swimmers) and jacuzzi. There are also saunas, but I have not been there. There are also activities for kids held by hotel (competitions, workshops, cinema...). The location is convenient for trips to Beskydy mountains (skiing, bike riding, hiking - Czantoria, Sczyrk, Rownica...) and sightseeing (Těšín, Bielsko Biala, Zywiec...).

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location and the pool area are definite highlights along with the grounds in general. Staff was mostly very pleasant and eager to please. The rooms were abit dated and the bedding was below my expectations. Coffee was mediocre and the AC wasn't necessarily very accurate temperature wise. The lifts are also quite busy and slow. Breakfast was decent, eggs cooked to order would have been nice. That being said I think this is a solid four star hotel but I think it needs to improve on a few things before earning 5 stars. Our family enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the staff.
