Hotel is good but the decoration for the breakfast area is really bad. Especially if you have kids. Why are there XXL pictures of naked people? Looks satanic. —— They came back to me and had a very open feedback culture. Regardless of whether they implement it or not, I would love to support owners and people with that open communication style and open feedback culture!
I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel truly welcome. The breakfast was excellently catered, with a wide selection of delicious options to start the day. The room was comfortable and cleaned every day, just as I wished. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with its proximity to Valencia city and within walking distance of the train station, making exploring the area very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay near Valencia. I look forward to staying here again in the future!
The hotel is very far away from the center, as on the sites where you can book hotels. On Booking.com it says that this hotel is only 0.9km from the center, but it is not. You can really hear everything through the walls. You can hear when someone is showering. When the alarm clock rings from the other rooms. SIMPLY EVERYTHING! The room is only cleaned sporadically. So this hotel is just beyond the 4 star hotel. Don't let yourselves be taken for a ride. I wouldn’t even give this hotel a single star.
