It is one of the best hotel in vellore. The hotel ' s staffs and GM are very friendly and polite. They are ready to help you to any extent within the rules. The hotel gave us a family atmosphere.Mr Saravanan from housekeeping department was very punctual and hardworking. The restaurant has courteous staff and the food is hygienic and delicious. The ambience of the restaurant is great as well.
We stayed there with family. They claimed it four star which is true only for location, not for room and their services. Please make sure that you checked the bills, otherwise, they might robbed you. They said different bills at different times. I prepaid for the drop off from Vellore to Chennai, they still added that during my check out. I had to explain to remove this. Moreover, there was no soft/facial tissues in the room. If you asked for, they would provide only 2/3 hand tissues 😊. Overall, it could be 2 or 3 start at best.
The location was at the centre of the city and easily accessible and findable. Valet parking available - during check-in they had taken my car, but while checkout I was given the key and was asked to get it by myself. The room was not clean to which we checked-in.. there was dust and hair on the floor, table & chairs. The air conditioner was working fine but there was no option to turn it off, reached out to the housekeeping but there was a fault with their centralised switch system in the room which wasn't working properly.
