Hotel Bergschlössl

We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Bergschloss. Every aspect, from the view, breakfast buffet to the drinks, dinner, spa and live music sessions, was amazing. The family vibe was truly heartwarming, and we were grateful for such an authentic and warm experience in the mountains. We faced a personal issue during our stay and the staff handled it with utmost care, ensuring our comfort. We will definitely be coming back. Felt like a glimpse of paradise, viele danke!!

Location is good for some hikes around Lüsen, Bus from/to Brixen stops right at the door, view is a highlight . I enjoyed the wellness and pool area with different saunas and relax areas - but on my last night everything was shut off 1/2 hrs before official closing - with me still laying in the garden sauna. Coffee is very good and breakfast totally fine, not special, but high quality. The dinner however is for an again ambitious place rather disappointing. Lots of deep-frying, in general it felt like an average buffet dressed as a fancy 5 course dinner. Would have addressed concerns personally, but wasnt asked upon check out.

Nice hotel with animals outside! Amazing for Children! All very very very quiet and friendly. I loved this. Really lover the quietness. Saunas are AMAZING!! Points for improvement: management is unprofessional, breakfast could involve more regional products, dinner in my opinion too expensive.
