Everything was great! Loved the treats at the reception table, friendly staff, great room, reasonable price. LOVED the BREAKFAST variety and quality, esp the fresh fruit. The only downside was the bar not keeping track of who bought what, and the person in charge of our group was charged about 150 euro for the unpaid bar tabs. Perhaps people should pay as they go. Other than that, everything was FABULOUS!!!
The hotel room was just nice with a sofa and desk. They do not provide amenities nor room selipar, only with hair/face/body wash. Convenient location with bus/tram stations, convenient stores, restaurant etc.
We experienced some technical issues with the card scanner of the door to our room, but the staff was kind enough to give us a different room and a voucher for two free drinks. Honestly a very nice hotel for a reasonable price. Granted it's not very close to the city center, but trams, trains and buses are very close by. We also enjoyed a nice drink and a game of billiards in the hotel lobby.
