Hotel Bertelli

We ordered a twin room - everything great except that the heaters are not self-adjustable and sometimes cold and sometimes hot; it's not clear how you can ask for sheets replacment without asking the receptionist; the curtains can't be closed more than half of the door-window (see picture). The breakfast is good, there is an excellent smoothie making stand, I enjoyed it. I don't understand why there is no soy milk outside or mugs and hot water for tea (you need to ask for it). The whole staff are very kind. The public toilet in the lobby floor are very clear. There is a spa center with pool, jacuzzi (not hot at all) and expensive massages. They have also great wet and dry saunsas. The massage ia good. The reception is always available. You can leave lagguge in a specific room after check out. There are lockers for snowboard/ski but without a lock.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bertelli and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Irina and Antonio at the restaurant. Their attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and prompt service elevated my dining experience. The delicious meals coupled with their warm hospitality made my stay truly memorable. Kudos to Irina and Antonio for enhancing the overall quality of service at Hotel Bertelli.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast and dinner were both really good. The room is very basic, but very clean. Really good place to stay to enjoy a week of beautiful hikes!
