Serdar bey is the best hotel employee I have ever seen,very friendly and respectful.While in the lobby,he politely asks what would you like to drink or to eat,always makes sure visitors/tourists are comfortable.Thanks for this service and your hospitality,dear Serdar bey🙏🏼

This older hotel is nicely situated in a business area with many embassies all around. Close to Kuğulu Park and other night entertainment right behind the main boulevard makes it ideal for spending few days. The staff is very helpful that makes you feel like royalty when you come in. The rooms are well equipped though it shows the age of the building. For instance your room key is just a regular old "key"instead of magnetic card. The room they gave us was a suite room without extra charge even though our reservation was just a double bed standard room. The furniture is classic wood furniture showing its age but you don't find IKEA stuff here. Some things may need attention like burned out bulbs but the staff is always there to solve your problem. The breakfast is typical Turkish breakfast with plenty of bread, cheese, olives, meat, tea etc. I don't know why but it was fairly uncrowded during the month of February. The price was also very competitive as a bonus. So overall we were very happy with our choice.

One of the best hotels that I have been to in Ankara. The staff are friendly and most importantly they can speak English. Wifi is great, the Location is great and it's near many embassies. There are a lot of good restaurants near the hotel. The only negative point is the lack of variety and repetition of the breakfast buffet
