Stayed here with my Dad for a week - both of us had a fantastic stay. We self-catered, and the room had absolutely everything we needed - as well as being clean, modern, and thankfully having very good air conditioning! The hotel itself was also well presented. The bar staff were absolutely incredible - they were very friendly and also quite funny - absolute legends! Sunbeds were available every day, and the pool area also kept very clean. Entertainment every evening/ night was also very enjoyable - and drinks were very affordable! Also in an excellent location - very close to the seafront, and with lots of shops, bars & restaurants neaby. Thank you Hotel Best da Vinci, we had a great stay.

A very clean, welcoming hotel. Staff are very efficient & friendly. Pool area is nice with plenty of beds. Approx 150m to the beach and very central to main shopping area in one direction & bar/restaurant area in the other. WiFi in room was very poor but was good in other areas of the hotel. No English TV channels. Breakfast was good with a large selection available.

I stayed with my friends for a week and these are my thoughts: Very poor staff with unpleasant attitude and really unhelpful. I asked for an early breakfast(15 min early) - couldn’t be done, asked for a late dinner(20 min later) - couldn’t be done. Diverse food but mediocre quality. Room is ok, very clean but the bed is very firm and every furniture piece looks and feels(and is) cheap. It doesn’t suit the price tag. Location is very good, close enough to the beach, shops and bars. I consider myself a pretty experienced traveller(Spain, Italy, Greece, Germany, Austria, Monaco, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria…) and this must be one of the worst 4* hotel I have ever stayed. It deserves at most 3*. Even though from the outside and the photos it looks ok the experience doesn’t live up to the expectations.
