I was actually a little scared ‘cause i read the reviews before coming, but after staying there for a whole week, i need to say - there is absolutely nothing to be scared of. AC was working - it doesn’t turn ur room into a walking freezer ( which u kind of need in the barcelona weather, but it is fine ). breakfast was indeed the same every day, but from my experiences, it’s the same mostly everywhere. Nothing was stolen from us, the room was clean, spacious, view was wonderful and location is awesome. not a 4 star hotel indeed, maybe a 3 + star but it was definitely a good hotel with good service. also it is quiet and we slept very well

It was supposed to be a 4-star hotel, but to be honest, at best it felt like a 2-star. The rooms were very small, the bed was uncomfortable with a noisy frame, and there was no closet or space for clothes and luggage. The room was dark and dull. When we asked for basic items like a plate, fork, or spoon, they refused and said the kitchen was managed by another company. They even declined to provide slippers when requested. Some basic services were only available for superior rooms, and there was no room service at night. It felt more like a dormitory than a hotel, managed by someone who seemed only interested in making a profit rather than providing proper service.

I honestly don’t recommend this place, and if there were a rating lower than 1, I’d gladly give it to them. I don’t know how they are considered a 4-star hotel when, at best, they deserve two stars. There are no irons in any rooms—we had to go downstairs to get one after calling reception and being told to come and collect it. When we arrived, they asked me if I had an adapter, because the only iron they had left had a UK plug, while the rooms are clearly equipped with European standard sockets. 😃 The rooms are just okay for a 2-star hotel. Some furniture is worn out—doors, tables, and mirrors all show signs of damage. The stairs (which I had to use because one of the only two elevators was out of service) were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in days.
