Hotel Best Lloret Splash

First time coming to the hotel and we have had a brilliant time. Very friendly and helpful nothing is too much to ask. We needed a screwdriver for a game we had brought and the lady at the front of house at the restaurant was to the rescue. We've loved seeing her every meal time and she's made an impression on our young child and ourselves. Room couldn't fault cleaned everyday and fresh towels. Poolside cleaned throughout the day bar staff friendly. Would recommend for families of all ages

We spent two weeks in this hotel and had a great time. Hotel has comfortable location, just five minutes walk until the closest beach and ten minutes until the city center, big supermarket when you go out from the hotel on the left where is the street light, big variety of food during breakfast and dinner (even cooked on the fire), friendly and helpful workers. Sometimes the bathroom was not cleaned properly but still it was cleaned each day. Also, WiFi connection was not strong in our room on the third floor, so we had to go in the lobby. Hotel is family friendly! We visited it with our one year son and had all the conveniences, also big and interesting pool for the kids.

If I would objectively rate the hotel than the score would be lower than the four stars I gave. However sometimes scores represent an overall impression and can be subjective like in my case. Tops: + You have friendly staff + The experience with facilities, pools and slides is amazing + The location is relatively good + Underground parking garage is a real plus + The room is relatively clean Tips: - Provide a trolley for luggage transport instead of letting guests carry their own luggage please - The safety net of the big slides is damaged - There are traces of scale and algae here and there in and around the pool - Some places in the hotel look desolated - The room has no ironing (board) - The elevator has no badge authentication All in all it does feel more like a three stars than a four stars hotel.
