The rooms are nice, and the bathrooms are lovely with great showers. The pool area is pleasant, and the private rooftop area with small pools is a great touch. However, it's worth noting that the more luxurious bed units up on the Sky Bar require an extra rental fee, which wasn’t clearly advertised. Service from the staff was excellent—everyone was friendly and kind throughout our stay. As for the food: lunch and dinner offered a wide selection, but the variety didn’t really change much from night to night. While they advertised a different theme each evening, only the Chinese and Mexican nights stood out as noticeably different. The rest felt quite similar. The meat grill was a highlight, with a rotating selection each night. However, be cautious with the chicken—I was served skewers that were completely raw in the middle, which is concerning. Other meats were generally well-cooked and enjoyable. Breakfast was the same every morning, but with plenty of options. Over a short stay, it’s fine, but it can get repetitive.
This hotel was pretty good. Pros: proximity to the beach, great pool, decent buffet with a wide variety of food. Cons: loud music that went late, room cleanliness was ok but had some areas for improvement, beds were very uncomfortable, front desk staff seemed generally annoyed with questions or requests. Overall a decent hotel with areas to improve on. This is a three star hotel, not four star, as Google indicates. Given that, it's pricey for what you get and sets up expectations that aren't quite met.
Stayed at this hotel great location as right on the beach to go for nice long walks. The hotel was clean and tidy when booked in reception staff was ok and check in was busy receptionist was not that friendly maybe due to language issue. The room only had powered milk to make tea and coffee so went out to get milk from the local Super market which was next door. The hotel did provide two complimentary drinks which was a nice touch. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The breakfast was the same lots of choice and also evening diner was mostly the same. The great thing about this hotel is the location and it’s right on the beach. You can go for walk to salou which is a nice walk and see the lighting fountains which was nice close to the harbour. Also did the sailing tour which was nice. The hotel was quite busy for April and I guess so will be full to capacity during peak times July / August. The hotel also Gives one day free access to the spa which was nice and there is a gym and children’s arts and craft room. A nice stay and great views off the sea and great walks just as mentioned the food is repeated and not much the change just the same. The hotel is modern and the main feature being the location is its selling point. Will just do breakfast instead of half board.
