First of all we loved staying here and would love to come back but there are a few things which were an issue. We stayed for 10 nights but we could not sleep in past 8.30am on any day. There’s a constant beeping at the back of the hotel, it sounds like a truck reversing or a building site but it’s so loud. And the room walls are so thin that our neighbours kept waking us up by constantly slamming the doors. We got fed up of the food after about 3 or 4 days as it was just the same things over and over, but never had an issue with how it tasted (other than breakfast) or looked, was always very nice. The dessert selection was amazing. We gave up going to breakfast after the first few days as there wasn’t anything we liked other than a few pastries. The start of our holiday it was nice and quiet, but by the end it was so busy we couldn’t even get poolside so we couldn’t sunbathe or go into the pool, there wasn’t any free sun loungers. It says that towels are removed from sun loungers after not being used after 30 minutes, but didn’t see this enforced once. The bar and restaurant staff were so lovely and remembered our preferred drinks after just a few days. They need a raise. The all inclusive is worth it for the drinks but seems a waste with the choice of food. We preferred to go eat at a few restaurants down the road. Our room wasn’t the cleanest but I’ve seen and stayed in FAR worse so not really an issue. Overall, other than the noisy neighbours and loud beeping and poor food, we really enjoyed it and would love to come again.

The room was lovely 2 queen beds. Spacious, only fault was the shower went hot and cold so not good. Service was great at the bar, not so good in restaurant, if you didn't ask for drinks you would wait ages, maybe more staff are needed. The good however was very nice, with freshly squeezed orange juice a breakfast. Bottles of Cava or wine was available. Overall good holiday and I would definitely stay again.

This hotel truly values its customers. Our first impression was very positive—although we arrived around 9 to 10 PM, they had already prepared an evening meal for us, which is something most hotels don’t usually offer. A thoughtful and welcoming gesture! The hotel is located in a quiet area at the end of the street, offering a peaceful stay. Some rooms can be upgraded for €18 per day, which is a nice option. The staff were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and always in a good mood—they really made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast could use a bit of an update, but overall, it was still satisfying. Regarding cleanliness, there’s room for improvement, and a few areas of the hotel might benefit from some renovation.Overall, we had a good stay, and that was mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. P.S If you want to go to the beach it's only 5 mins walk and going to Salou is with the bus 10min ride but with Taxi 5 to 6mins.
