I had a great experience staying at Hotel Bidakara Jakarta. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I would like to especially commend Ms. Afi for her professionalism and warm hospitality. She was attentive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, suitable for both business and relaxation. The hotel’s location is also strategic, providing easy access to various parts of the city. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of the facilities and the service. Had a great experience dining at the Kenanga Restaurant buffet in Hotel Bidakara! There was such an impressive variety of cuisines from Italian, Indonesian, Japanese, to Indian dishes. Loved how many options there were, and everything I tried tasted delicious. Perfect spot if you’re looking for lots of choices in one place. Will definitely come back!
This hotel lies in a great place. Rooms are spacious. the breakfast buffet was awesome. Lots of choices from local to international food. Ms Rara was so friendly and helpful. She even served us coffee and eggs and introducing local food with pride.
