It's a pleasant family-run hotel, relatively new, clean and with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was nice and there is a bar with coffee, tea and cakes. Coffee could be better. It was well heated and cosy even during a snow storm and the temperature of -17 degrees.
Nice family small hotel in centre of Obertauern, with very warm welcome - they have two big dogs and they welcome guests. Beautiful!! Excellent breakfast and polite and friendly staff. Highly recommended! P.S. It was an honor to meet Charly, a rescue dog specialized in avalanche operations, who took part in a rescue mission for Ivica Kostelić in Obertauern on April 2, 2025.
Absolute worst coffee and service I experienced in Austria! Waitress with curly red hair should not be allowed to interact with guests! You can find much better places around! Avoid this low level place!
