Spacious rooms, great location, friendly and highly qualified staff and service. I loved staying there and i am looking forward to going back.
We had an absolutely amazing week at Hotel Bischofsmütze with our family and friends. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always eager to help, which truly made our stay memorable. The meals were outstanding, with a fantastic variety and impeccable quality. Every dish was prepared to perfection, and dining here was a highlight of our trip. The hotel itself is charming, clean, and comfortable, with great facilities for relaxation and fun. We enjoyed every moment, whether it was exploring the beautiful surroundings or simply spending time together in the warm and inviting atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to returning. Thank you to the entire team at Hotel Bischofsmütze for making our stay so special!
Average 4* Hotel who charges for tap water! Positive: good location, food for dinner, clean room. polite waiters in restaurant, fast service. Nice wellness. Negative: charge for tap water, too soft mattresses, small TV. in room shower, old heavy classic room keys, one pillow per person on bed. Big minus is bad policy to charge for the tap water, even if you ask for a glass, which is really shame. It is about the principle, not for the price. And noone communicate that in advance, no beverage price list. This was so frustrating and because of charging for tap water, we did not want to spend on extra bevereage like we usually do and leave a tip, so they lost more money than in case tap water is free like in other hotels in Austria and we would be much more happy. The worst think is noone tells that in sdvance and there is no beverage price list. So be careful before you order any drinks and ask for a beverage card ( if they have them ). I suggest to the owner to invest that significant revenue from tap water into new bed mattresses, uniforms for the employees, electronic key cards, new showers, etc. There are much more innovative ways how to earn money and still have happy guests than charging for tap water. So said, could be a really nice hotel with better sence for hospitality. We were in many, many hotels in Austra, but have never experienced such bad policy 👎🏻
