A beautiful hotel, in the most fantastic location. Just a few minutes walk to the centre, yet a quiet and relaxed area. I could not have breakfast as was leaving early. The bed was very comfy, and a ceiling fan was great! Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the room size, most of all the bathroom, where you have to be very petite or a contortionist in order to sit on the loo, as the shower is so close. Great for a short stay, but may struggle on a longer trip. Very clean and tidy.
The staff member who works this current hour I make this review deserves the best! She has shown great hospitality, she is very hard working, responsible on her work and very organised. She is the best role-model of an employee of guest service!
The room was lovely but on the small side. Location is on a bus route and a 5 minute walk to the square. The service was outstanding. We left too early for breakfast and they packed a very nice take away package for us instead at no extra cost. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and the dining room was a haven and very cozy and nicely appointed. We would definately return.
