Hotel Bismarck

This hotel is something really special. Usually, a person in a hotel feels impersonal, just a statistical number and a source of income. This is not the case with the Bismarck Hotel. For the first time, I had the impression that I was a truly warmly welcomed guest. The care you receive in this hotel is above standard, the rooms are clean, the wellness is fabulous. I was deeply impressed by how much work, time and effort the Wendler family over generations must have put into building something like this. The staff at the hotel is wonderful, patient and knowledgeable, I want to thank you again for the care and warm welcome. I would like to especially highlight the catering. They cook incredibly, and by that I mean also for people with special dietary requirements. My son's gluten-free meals were indistinguishable from normal ones, for the first time in a hotel he was not hungry and could enjoy excellent cuisine. We didn't miss anything at your place, we had a wonderful vacation thanks to you and when life allows us, we will definitely be happy to come back. Eva

Amazing family hotel! Owners are very welcoming and kind. Great atmosphere, good service and professional staff. Also a good hotel for staying with dogs! Special thanks to owner daughter Aleksandra! She’s very sweet and open to help, introduce with hotels service and tell about other activities.

We had a fantastic experience at the Hotel Bismarck. Our family including my sons, daughter-in-law and grandson spent 3 days and fell in love with the place. The service is impeccable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is plentiful and largely excellent. They have table assigned to you for the duration of your stay, which is excellent since it feels like your own spot in the hotel. The car park also has an assigned spot for you so you always know where you are parked. They had excellent little touches, such as getting stuffed toy for my 2 year old grandson on the first night. They also had a special sparkling wine for the table when they realized it was my birthday. The morning we were leaving, they asked us to help ourselves to a snack or make a sandwich for our drive back to Vienna. The spa, the swimming pools are clean and well maintained. We were hit by a heat wave while we were there and that was perhaps the one downside of the place -- since there are no air conditioners or fans in the rooms. The house keeping staff were discrete and our rooms were magically cleaned and ready when we went for breakfast. Overall a fantastic experience and I will definitely love to go back again.
