Hotel Blackfoot

I had initially booked a different hotel room a few minutes away and that place turned out to be… awful to say the least. I won’t go into detail but the main reason I decided to leave was due to the a/c not working in my room. After waiting over an hour and asking on 3 different occasions if someone was going to come and fix it, I decided to weigh my other options. That’s when I found the Blackfoot Hotel. After speaking to the manager and explaining my situation, he gave me the most amazing deal on one of their best rooms. So, after waking up at 3 a.m. and driving 13 hours to get to Calgary, he hands down made my day. I was so disappointed at first when I had arrived at that first hotel but after relocating to the Blackfoot, I was extremely content, comfortable and I felt a heck of a lot safer. Instead of staying in a dirty, hot hotel room, I got to stay in the best hotel room I’ve ever experienced! It was clean, the staff are AMAZING, and the amount of restaurant and entertainment options right on site are great. Everyone I interacted with was extremely warm, welcoming and friendly. Special shout out to Rick and Sean! Thank you for turning my trip around and making me feel at home.

We stayed 3 nights. We were bummed that the pool/hot tub was under construction. We did room service for breakfast 2 mornings and the food was great. Check in was fast and friendly. We had a little hiccup with the shuttle service, but everything was ok. Will definitely stay there again.

My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Blackfoot in Calgary and it was a lovely experience. They have an attached comedy show at the location (The Laugh Shop) which was a great ‘date night’ for our anniversary and the staff at the hotel were all courteous and friendly, and very helpful. Our suite was even nicer than expected, and very clean & comfortable with access to a lounge for breakfast and ‘anytime’ included coffees, teas, bottled water and other soft drinks. Another pleasant surprise was the turndown service each night. We felt very welcome and relaxed. The only thing that we could possibly say could have been better would only be it’s location, but even that wasn’t very far from downtown or from the Chinook Plaza Shopping Centre. It was a short drive to Heritage park and another short drive to Fish Creek Provincial Park. We highly recommend Hotel Blackfoot in Calgary, Canada. 4.5 - 5 stars from us!
