Super hotel in the middle of the Ore Mountains. Family business. Helpful and smiling people. Own brewery with super quality beer. The quality of the food is top notch. I highly recommend everyone to visit. At least local cuisine.
It’s a truly luxurious hotel, I enjoyed my stay here. There was a technical issue with the bathroom sink of the room I was initially lodged (single room) and I was given an upgrade to a 2-man room. The water pressure of the shower is high which I really loved. Incase you forgot your toiletries, you get those as well - except toothpaste and toothbrush. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable, location is good as well, quite walkable to the nearest bus stop. Highly recommend.
Perfectly located with a very convenient hotel client parking. The breakfast and staff are warm and friendly. The en suite double level room with the staircase to the bedroom is not convenient. All the rooms are clean, quiet and well stocked with facilities and amenities. Recommended for a stay in Aue
