Wifi doesn't work, breakfast is good, but not advertised and costs 15 euro. Location to train is great, shower door hinges in my room dodgy.

The Bliss Hotel has everything it takes to be an excellent choice in Frankfurt. The location is great, especially if you plan to use public transportation — the main train station is just a few minutes away. Although there is a spot nearby where some people were using drugs, the surrounding area felt safe, and we were not worried at any point. The service at the hotel was very good — the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was spacious, with a good shower, comfortable bed, decent storage space, and overall a pleasant atmosphere. However, there are a few details that need attention to improve the guest experience. The safe in our room was not available, the minibar didn’t work, and the air conditioning was inconsistent — it worked at times but would suddenly shut off. I also had to ask for new towels because the ones in the room smelled musty. Additionally, the TV remote had a broken back cover and looked a bit dirty, which doesn’t leave the best impression. These are relatively small details but important ones, and fixing them would make the stay much more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great potential if they address these issues

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was quite underwhelming, despite a few positives. To start on a good note: the staff was friendly and helpful. They promptly gave us additional towels when requested and allowed us to store our luggage after check-out, which we appreciated. The bathroom, while clean, showed clear signs of age, water marks were visible, and the overall look felt outdated and in need of refurbishment. Unfortunately, several issues seriously impacted our comfort. The air conditioner did not work, and with outside temperatures soaring to 34°C, the room quickly became uncomfortably hot. There was no window net either, so opening windows for ventilation wasn’t a real option due to insects. One particularly disturbing moment was finding a giant cockroach on the carpet one night. That encounter alone left us uneasy for the remainder of our stay. Basic amenities like an iron aren’t provided in-room, and you have to request them at reception, which isn’t ideal. Perhaps most concerning was the environment outside the hotel. The street was extremely noisy at all hours, making it hard to rest. Worse, the area was filled with people visibly struggling with substance abuse, which made us feel unsafe when coming and going, especially at night. While the staff did their best and the hotel might suffice for a very short stay, I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made in both the facilities and location management.
