Hotel Bloom Batumi

Nice and clean rooms with good outlook. Easy access location with nice vicinity. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff, specially the hotel's manager, who helped us very well. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel for your staying.

The hotel has a great location and is close to the main attractions. For this category it is equipped well. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Some equipment in the bathroom is missing like a toothbrush holder and toilet bowl cleaner. The only thing which was disturbing during the night was the noise of the electrical machine coming from the governmental building on the opposite side of the hotel. Breakfast is really good and diverse. Overall impressions are really good. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Hotel Bloom for one night and overall, I had a positive impression. The view from the room was wonderful, featuring two balconies with a panoramic outlook on the old town and the Batumi Tower. However, for a hotel of this standard, there were many details that were neglected. For example, the key for the room was an actual physical key, not a card. The door to my room was difficult to open, and the receptionist had to come and show me the trick. Additionally, the door lock looked terrible and also very weak. In the bathroom, the toilet brush was missing, and the holder was rickety. Moreover, as you can observe on the picture the ceiling in the shower was quite dirty, although the tiles on the wall were actually clean, it gave a strange appearance. On the positive side, I can also add that you will find slippers and dressing gowns in the wardrobe, which is a big plus. Furthermore, the rooms have water, tea, and coffee at your disposal. Finally, the breakfast is really poor. The quality, variety, and the taste of products need to be reviewed.
