Hotel Blue Nile

My recent stay at Hotel Blue Nile in Kannur was truly memorable thanks to its outstanding service and comfort. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all modern amenities, making for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The location is goof and the hotel offers a wide range of facilities including an excellent dining options. What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality. Mr. Ali, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and well cared for throughout my visit. Hotel Blue Nile is highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and excellent service in Kannur.

We had an excellent stay for two days. The entire team lead by Sri Ali went all the way to make us comfortable. Food was also good and they went out of their way to serve us morning food and packed food etc

Rooms are good. However, the service is utterly miserable. We had to rush in a business meeting but due to unavailability of water, our programme got delayed. They could not set right the valve issue and it took more than 1.40 hrs and stopped our basic need for want of water. Alternative arranement has been done by the after 1.30 hrs . It was a really a bad experience though the manager apologised. Also there is poor room service and need to carry water whenever we enter into hotel as they may not provide water even if we remind.
