Hotel Blue

This was the only hotel available when I searched online, but it turned out to be a satisfactory choice. The room was excellent—modern, well-appointed, and most importantly, impeccably clean. Fresh towels were provided daily, which was a nice touch. While I would highly recommend the room itself, I did have some reservations about the service. The staff was not rude, but they lacked warmth and enthusiasm. It was evident from their demeanor that they were not particularly engaged with their work, which affected the overall atmosphere. That said, they performed their duties efficiently, and I encountered no significant issues during my stay. We also had breakfast at the hotel, which was adequate though not exceptional. The options were standard—eggs, sausages, and a variety of other items to choose from. It was sufficient for a short stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a few days, as the accommodations were good. However, the atmosphere, particularly in terms of service, could be improved.

Why does this hotel have 4 stars? First, we ordered a room specifically with a view over the city and large windows, when we entered the room it was a small window and it SMELLED like a sewer, so bad in the room we had to go back to the reception to ask for a different room that didn’t smell. We finally got in a ‘decent’ room, asking room service to make the couch bed since it wasn’t made yet. Mind you we asked them to make the bed before we had dinner, around 11pm we came back, nothing happened. No one made any beds. We went back downstairs and apparently she was “too busy”??? Too busy to make a bed for your customers you’re asking money from? Can’t even start on how hard the bed was, don’t know why this is hotel has four stars. An immediate No.

This hotel is wrong in many ways, the rooms are old and rusty. In the room the Mini bar is empty, also the private safe is closed. Room and bathroom need more lighting. Shower gel and shampoo are poor quality. The breakfast is low with everything, need upgrade with more fruits, eggs etc.. Only positive is that location is great.
