Hotel Bobby house 450m from beach & 1 km from temple

I Booked the hotel for 2 days via Agoda using my credit card. Got an email a few minutes later mentioning that the hotel was not able to authenticate my credit card and that i should update payment details. Now, none of the hotel phone numbers are reachable, email provided is invalid. No one is responding to Agoda's message to the property. Don't know what to do. Bad experience.

We went there at night, there was no one at reception. A guy came, supposedly the owner, we haggled from 3k per night to 2.2k per night. We paid upfront for 2 nights. But then his attitude changed. Even for an extra pillow, he said he can't, while most of the rooms were empty. No water bottles, the swimming pool was unclean.

I recently stayed at Hotel Gandhara Puri in Odisha, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and seemed disinterested in helping guests. From check-in to check-out, their attitude was far from welcoming, and any request for assistance felt like a huge inconvenience to them. The ambience of the hotel was equally dismal. The atmosphere felt uninviting, with dim lighting and a lack of proper cleanliness throughout the premises. There was a constant unpleasant odor in the hallways, making the entire place feel neglected. As for the rooms, they were poorly maintained and far from comfortable. The bedding was stained, and the furniture looked worn-out and outdated. The bathroom was unhygienic, with faulty plumbing and dirty fixtures. Overall, the room did not offer a restful or relaxing stay. I would not recommend Hotel Gandhara Puri to anyone. It is overpriced for the subpar service and conditions offered, and I regret choosing this place for my stay. I checked out today only
