We had an incredible time staying here. The views are incredible, the hotel room was clean and modern and the food was delicious. All the staff were welcoming and friendly, and our tour guide was excellent! She explained all of the various stages and processes involved in making the wine with a smile and an approachable manner. I highly recommend visiting Finca de los Arandinos and hope to return sometime soon! Excellent value for top-quality service.
An otherwise good experience overall was badly let down by a very poor tasting menu experience. The hotel is certainly eclectic if a little shabby. The staff were very welcoming. The views were great. The food was otherwise good. The wine tour was okay. This is a boutique experience which could be great given more focus from its management/owners.
We spent two days of our honeymoon here. The hotel is in a quiet location with few people around, making it perfect for unwinding. Unfortunately, there are no sun loungers available for relaxing in the garden, and those from the spa are not allowed to be taken outside, even though the spa was empty. The breakfast is okay. The hotel is somewhat outdated and not well-maintained in some areas. There isn't really a bar either. Overall, our stay was okay, but we wouldn't return. Happy to leavw tomorrow.
