We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect — the service, the food, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Svetlana, Liam, Max, and Philip were all very impressed and happy with the warm hospitality we received. The staff was kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious and fresh, with a wide variety of options that everyone in our group enjoyed. We give this hotel a well-deserved 5 out of 5 and would definitely love to come back again! I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The place is super clean, stylish, and the location is perfect — just a short walk from the city center and close to everything you might need. The service was outstanding and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank Hamza and Hendrix for their amazing support throughout our stay — they always went above and beyond with a smile and made sure everything was perfect. The breakfast was also a highlight — a great variety of fresh and delicious options, with something for everyone. It was the perfect way to start the day! Highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

The hotel is beautiful, elegant, modern, and comfortable. The room was very spacious. I was traveling with my 8-month-old baby, and without even asking, they gave me a free upgrade and provided a crib — they truly think of every detail. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, with options for every taste. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and polite. Svetlana, in particular, was especially thoughtful — she entertained my baby so I could peacefully serve myself at breakfast. We had a small incident at check-out: we forgot a backpack with passports and money. We realized it at the airport and contacted the reception. They immediately solved the issue and sent the backpack by car. I totally recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. It’s a wonderful place that will make your stay truly exceptional. I would absolutely stay here again!
