Hotel Borgo Pantano

Absolutely stunning, sprawling property with lush grass and a host of ways to relax. We travelled here with our two year old daughter and were blown away by the hospitality and options for our little one, from the in-house kids club coordinator to the playground and huge pools. This is the perfect place for a family, but let me assure you, this is not a noisy kids resort...it is quiet, the on site restaurant is exceptional and the place is so big that you can easily find a cabana, hammock or day bed to jump into and relax. The breakfast buffet is five star with delicious local food options. Location wise, you're a 10/15 minute drive to Siracusa and close to some beautiful beaches as well. Do not hesitate to stay here!

I organized a trip to Sicily for 70 guests and chose Borgo Pantano as our home base. It turned out to be an absolute gem. The serene gardens and stunning pool made our downtime from activities feel like heaven. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and always greeted us with warm smiles, handling all our requests with the utmost professionalism. The food was consistently outstanding, starting with a sumptuous buffet breakfast that offered the largest and most diverse selection of savory and sweet options I've ever seen at a hotel. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Borgo Pantano and to Giusy, the proud owner of this truly special place.

First and foremost the staff here are incredible! Full of information about the surrounds and everything in between. There is a nanny available and courtesy buses into town. It was a great location for us as we were able to feel miles away from the hustle and bustle but able to access Siracusa and ortigia within ten min drive. The property is immaculate, food is fabulous and child friendly without feeling like a kids resort. The rooms are large. The breakfast is incredible with all the pastries Sicily has to offer plus regulars and more. My only negative is I wish we booked to stay here longer. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
