Great location of the hotel, at the city center. Great breakfast served from 6am to 10am. Rooms are clean, however needs to renovated. The best room bar ever, you literally have everything. Shoops in the lobby, taxi station in front and cafeteria almost in the hotel building
Great location. Reception staff was everything else but helpful. Trying to get info about just hotel itself was a headache. "This is not my job" from staff member who is a first contact with a guest is unacceptable. Luckily restaurant staff was super helpful and we made the best of our stay at the hotel.
Great location. The hotel is in dire need for better management. Guests are poorly treated. Incredibly loud live music inside the hotel is allowed long after 10 pm, regardless of complaints. The disgusting smell of tobacco throughout the hotel is not nice either.
