Hotel Botticelli

If you're looking for a fabulous central hotel in Florence, look no further! Highly recommend this really lovely hotel. My room was lovely, great air con and I slept soundly every night! The Bathroom was quite small but perfectly functional! Breakfast was wonderful with great choice everyday and never too busy. You can easily walk to every sight from here and there are any amount of restaraunts nearby! But! The best thing about this hotel are the fantastic staff! All the Reception staff and the Breakfast staff were all so so friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for us. I'm so glad I stayed here, it added to my wonderful stay in gorgeous Florence! Room: Beautiful and always spotless—housekeeping was consistent. Bathroom: Quite small, but always clean and restocked daily. Breakfast Buffet: Good variety of options and everything was fresh. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. They happily answered all our questions. Location: Excellent location—just a short walk to major sites and shops. Additional Amenities: We were welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne, which was a fun and memorable touch. Overall Rating: 5/5

We stayed at this hotel for just two nights, but it left a great impression. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the staff were polite and genuinely caring. While the building itself is quite old, that’s typical for Florence—part of the city’s historic charm—so it’s best to set expectations accordingly. Overall, it’s a quiet, pleasant place to stay, with excellent access to most of Florence’s main attractions and just a short walk from the train station.
