My stay at Hotel Boulevard Autograph Collection has been nothing short of amazing. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and in the perfect location. Everything you need is just a short walk or drive away, whether it’s shopping, dining, or sightseeing. The convenience alone makes this place a top choice in Dubai. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the service — especially from Maribeth. She is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, she made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. She went out of her way every single day to check on us, making sure my coffee was just the way I like it and ensuring we had everything we needed. Most importantly, she looked after my child with such warmth and care — something that any parent deeply appreciates when staying away from home. Maribeth is genuinely sweet, kind, and goes above and beyond in everything she does. She made us feel welcome, valued, and truly at home. Her attention to detail and heartfelt service added a special touch to our stay, and for that, I’m incredibly grateful. I would highly recommend Hotel Boulevard to anyone visiting Dubai — and if you’re lucky enough to meet Maribeth, you’re in the best hands!
I stayed at the hotel from 3rd July 2025 to 2nd August 2025. Overall, I found the rooms to be very comfortable, with daily cleaning and fresh linen provided. However, on certain days, the replenishment of tea, coffee, and water was not up to standard, and I had to request these items separately. The breakfast experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The menu remained unchanged throughout my stay, with little to no variation. Additionally, there were frequent delays in serving dishes from the hot kitchen, which often compelled me to leave without having the main course to avoid being late for work. That said, I must commend the exceptional attention and service provided by the Filipino supervisor. On the days she was on duty, there were no service lapses, and her efforts made a noticeable difference. Another area of concern was the valet service. Particularly during weekends in the evenings, the service was very poor, with significant delays in handing over keys due to inefficient traffic handling by the attendants. However, I would like to recognize Sumith for his commendable service — he was very prompt in the mornings, which helped compensate for the delays I experienced at breakfast. Overall, despite these shortcomings, the hotel maintains good and comfortable standards.
I am currently staying at this property for five days, and unfortunately, I feel compelled to share my concerns based on the experience so far. From the moment I arrived, the service fell short of expectations. No one offered to assist with my luggage—not even the bellboy—which left an impression of poor hospitality and a lack of professionalism. The restaurant on the first floor was also a major disappointment. There was no sense of attentiveness or service culture. No staff approached me to ask if I needed anything. It was evident that the team lacked proper training, and the overall experience was well below the standards expected of a Marriott property. Most concerning, however, is the internet connection. It is extremely unreliable—practically unusable. I’ve been unable to conduct basic Teams calls or meetings, and speed tests confirm the connection is well below acceptable levels. I’ve had to rely on my own mobile data to stay connected, which is both inconvenient and unacceptable in a city like Dubai, known for its high-speed connectivity. Having stayed at numerous hotels around the world, I am genuinely surprised and disappointed by the service level here. A stay at a reputed property like this should reflect care, professionalism, and efficiency—none of which I’ve experienced thus far. I sincerely hope management takes these matters seriously and implements immediate improvements.
