Hotel Boulgari

This was our second visit, I love this hotel! It’s one of my favourites. The rooms are gorgeous, very clean and have state of the art interior decoration. I also love the building itself which is really interesting and beautiful. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a cosy alley with walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. The breakfast is delicious. Would love to visit you again, thank you Hotel Boulgari!

We had such a lovely stay at the Hotel Boulgari! A party of 4 booked 3 rooms, all the rooms were beautifully designed, spacious and very very clean and also very warm, since the period we’ve visited was super cold, talking about minus celsius degrees!!! The aesthetics overall is beautiful and also the location in the old city very convenient! All the staff and the owner are lovely, polite and very helpful! Good breakfast with local choices! Thank you all for the beautiful stay and hospitality! We can’t wait to visit again! PS: Ioannina is definitely worth visiting!!!

Stated as a one star because of a poor customer service, unreasonable accusations and greediness of the owner. We find this place in a last moment and book via the phone, which has been our mistake. The room was cost 120 euros a night. We been told it’s folly booked , although as we find out later in the hotel was only us. Book only for one night but due to not wanting to move decided to stay the second night two. First of all he wouldn't accept the card payment. Parking ticket was out of dates for two years, which could be a problem for us if police would have find out. Secondly when asked to charge the bedding and towels for the second night we been asked to pay extra of 30 euros. At the end we been just given all bedding and had to change the it our self. The room has no coffee stationary, which was disappointing and would be expected for to be include, also the breakfast choice were poor. From cooking meal was only fried eggs. The lady who was serving us on a second day wasn’t friendly and was nice only to my partner, which made it a bit strange. The cherry on the cake was a unreasonable accusations of broken door handle for the entrance.... which was broken already on the day we arrived. We been accused on braking and not to report it in time ... personally I Wouldn’t recommend this place as the owner are simply just trying to rip off the customers. And even If you will decide to book this place , would strongly recommend to book though the web side with a card payment. This way you can protect your self.
