I had a very good time here. The room is very nice, big and comfortable, there is everything you need. The staff is very nice and friendly, in particular Maryam was really great, she helped me with all the information to get around the city in the best way. The spa is really nice and the staff are lovely. I had a great stay here, I recommend this hotel to people who want to relax and enjoy the city of Istanbul.
Experience during a vacation in Istanbul, we stayed at the Boursier Hotel that provided the best services such as spa, gym and staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, our best experience while in Türkiye
Very rude staff. I came in early morning and the girl in reception at early morning shift treated me like I had disrupted her sleep. She even shouted at me at some point when I asked her why is my room not ready as I had been waiting for 3 hours. The room was the worst one I had seen. I moved from the hotel to a different one. The funny thing is you can get a room in a much nicer hotel for cheaper.
