We had been staying at this hotel for the first time in January. The attention was unmatched by the staff, the waiters, the receptionist was very warm at all times, they really made us feel encouraged to return every time we wanted to disconnect any weekend to rest. The massages were excellent, you could really see the attitude of service on the part of everyone, a great team. Later they invited us to an event in the month of April, we accepted with the intention of reliving the same experience. We did exercise, ice immersion, everything was excellent, we even told them to invite us to more events, since we are from CDMX. Now comes the sad part: Unfortunately, the girl at the reception who helped us the first time was no longer there, in her place they put a lady who has no idea how to make the first impression of a hotel. We arrived 20 minutes before the event, and he greeted us with a face of not wanting to serve us, the next day at the restaurant they charged me in duplicate at one of their terminals, they didn't even have the audacity to resolve the situation at the time, I literally had to pay the bill again a third time and request the cancellation of the payments directly at the bank. When we left we forgot a piece of clothing that we didn't care about because of how much it cost, but rather because it was a gift and he flatly answered that there was nothing, that they had already done the cleaning. These events are truly regrettable, and I do not expect to harm the reputation of the hotel, nor the waiters, even the people at the event we went to, everything is excellent. However, this is proof that if one person on your team is not the right one, it will affect the efforts of an entire work team that does make an effort. We will not stay again, my partner is very particular about these things, but don't miss the opportunity to go to breakfast or any event, they are excellent. I hope they remove that lady soon, and if they do, try staying and resting in their deluxe suite, you won't regret it

I went to a wedding and honestly I didn't like the rooms, they were very big but uncomfortable, they lack lighting, I didn't like the food either and they almost kicked us out at breakfast, the location is super hidden, so I don't recommend it.
