The restaurant is closed on Monday and, so, the breakfast is prepared the day before, meaning only bread, butter, fruit and juice (no coffee!). The rest was good, and they were very kind to let my wife stay there until 13h30 for a late check out at no additional cost.
Decided to stay two nights during our recent family visit to Madrid and the hotel has turned out to be wonderful. Historical interiors respectfully renovated to a high standard. Tidy rooms with comfortable beds. The local restaurant has delicious food. The folks running the place are kind and very helpful. If you have a car it's a convenient 30 drive to Madrid and the local town is very picturesque and worth a visit on its own.
Spent a night there for my partner's birthday and they decorated the room and brought a cake. Martha was nice and helpful. We absolutely loved the food in their restaurant.
