What a beautiful hotel. I booked a junior suite, and couldn’t of been more happy. The room was as advertised and can’t wait to stay there again in the future
Beautiful hotel but only 3 stars due to the proximity to a karaoke bar. The breakfast is delicious, try the green chilaquiles. They are located about a 10-15 minute walk from el centro, there you can find more restaurants and bars. If you stay in the hotel make sure they don’t place you in the front rooms facing the street. The nights I stayed at the hotel, the karaoke bar across the street was thumping music all night long. And when the music finally stopped, the trucks starting coming through. You can hear everything on the street perfectly clear. I recommend staying in one of the interior rooms.
Had the worst check in experience ever in a hotel. Montse at the front desk messed up our reservation, and hung the phone up on us. Later at the hotel they fixed the reservation and gave us one upgrade for our trouble, yet again Montse made the wrong charge in one of our credit cards and was unable to fix it. The property is nice and in a good location. Rooms are small.
